Who we are

We only accept referrals through official organisations, and we cannot accept direct applications from individuals. We like to think that we’re quite a nice bunch and we love to help whenever we can by offering ‘a crumb of hope’.

What we do

We provide small, one-off gifts with no strings attached to people who find themselves in dire financial need. We are a very small operation and our gifts are usually quite small; around £30-£50 for cases relating to food and fuel poverty only. Examples of our work can be found on our blog if you’re unsure of whether you should refer a particular case to us.

Who can refer to us?

Anyone working in a social, advisory or healthcare organisation is welcome to refer to us. We need to be able to verify that your organisation is genuine and that you properly represent them. As an example, we have worked with benefits advisory agencies, local housing teams, homeless outreach charities and similar. 

We are open for referrals on Mondays and Tuesdays only, to manage the demand that is made of us.
