We were approached about a young man that our agents are assisting. He left home not so long ago after the breakdown of his relationship with his family. His father died just a few months ago and he is not dealing with this very well at all, and suffers with extreme anxiety and depression. He receives benefits, but this is £120 a fortnight which has to last him. Moving into this place means he has had to purchase bedding, etc to set up a home. He has diabetes so needs to keep his medication cold, as well as the fresh food he needs to eat to maintain his health. He bought a second hand fridge to keep this in but was sold something not fit for purpose so is struggling. We agreed to send him £150 to help him purchase some essential items as our agents feel this assistance would be of great help to allow him to settle.
